Thai Massage
“Lazy Yoga“
Thai Massage involves your therapist performing assisted stretching, muscle compressions, and range of motion movements. Assisted stretching requires no effort on behalf of the person receiving the stretch, allowing them to fully relax, breathe, and focus on the feeling, positioning and depth of the stretch. Thai Massage increases joint mobility and flexibility while relieving tension.

Ashiatsu Massage

From the Japanese language “Ashi” meaning ‘feet’ and “Atsu” meaning ‘pressure’, this barefoot technique is an incredibly relaxing and deep massage therapy. Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage
“Lunch-Break Massage“
Head, neck and shoulder massage is the ideal solution if you don’t have time for a full body massage or if you have concentrated tensions in the upper body. It will soothe away any soreness in your upper body, break down knots and improve your flexibility. This treatment is topped off with a hot steamy towel wrapped around the neck like a nice warm scarf. This treatment can be done on its own or added onto another massage.

Your legs and feet work hard for you every day. This targeted bodywork is a great way to give back, allowing you to engage in easier movement of the foot, reducing tension deep in the calf muscle and alleviating any inflammation in the lower legs. Enjoy improved circulation, stimulated muscles, reduced tension, and eased pain. This treatment is topped off with hot steamy towels cocooning the legs and feet. It can be done on it’s own or added onto another massage.
