Traditional Sauna
Our private traditional dry sauna, the Auroom Cala Glass Mini Sauna, is made from northern European thermo-aspen wood. It uses heated rocks to raise the temperature, creating an environment where users experience dry heat. Steam can be achieved by pouring water onto the rocks, which increases the humidity in the room and speeds up detoxification and healing. This sauna is in the same room as the shower so you can do contrast therapy (hot/cold). Water, towels, and shower facilities are included. Sparkling water is also available for purchase. This is a one-person sauna.

Every integrative massage includes one free enhancement. Choose from hot stones, hot towels or aromatherapy. (Choosing a signature massage includes all 3 enhancements, one still being free.)

Complete Intake Form
The intake form can be completed either online or once you show up. If in-house, please show up 10 minutes early. This only needs to be filled out once.
