Please take a moment to review these house requirements before choosing your appointment.

Payment for reservations
All appointments require a credit card to book, even if you have a gift certificate. However, this is just for reservation purposes. You will not be charged now.
Upon checking out, you may choose to use the card you reserved the appointment with, or any payment method that you choose. We accept all major credit cards. Please note that a 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions to help offset processing fees. This surcharge does not exceed the cost of processing fees, and no surcharge applies to debit or cash payments. All online sales do incur this fee, but membership autodrafts do not.”

Choosing “Anyone”
Selecting “Anyone” means your therapist may change as the schedule is finalized.
If you have a preferred therapist or gender preference, please choose that option when reserving. If you do not see what you need, call us at 828.552.3272.

Appointments for minors
Our house rule is that we do not provide massage for children under 13.
Guests ages 13–17 need a parent or guardian present in the room throughout the massage, and a minor consent form must be signed on arrival. A parent may also book a concurrent massage in the same room.

What to wear for Thai massage
Please arrive in loose, comfortable, unrestricted athletic or yoga clothing.
Long sleeves and pants are recommended, as body temperature can drop during the session.

Prenatal massage notes
When booking prenatal massage, please include how far along you are in your pregnancy in the appointment notes so we can prepare your prenatal bolster.
